The Process

Simple from start to finish

No forms to fill out item by item. No phone calls to schedule. Just send your list and we handle the rest.

Book your slot
Choose a morning or afternoon delivery window at least 24 hours before your arrival. Slots are limited during peak season and holidays — book early.

Send your list
Text, screenshot, photo of a handwritten list, PDF — whatever's easiest. Include brand preferences and dietary notes.

We shop
We use Smith's or Whole Foods for most orders. Specialty items or Costco runs are available as an add-on. We'll confirm any substitutions.

Arrive to a full kitchen
Everything is delivered, organized, and put away before you arrive. You'll receive a completion photo when we're done.

What people usually ask

How do I send my grocery list?
Any format works — type it in the box, upload a photo, screenshot, PDF, or Word doc. We'll figure out the rest. Include brand preferences, organic preferences, and any dietary restrictions.
Where do you shop?
Smith's (Kroger) and Whole Foods are our primary stores — choose your preference when booking. For bulk items, we can add a Costco run (+$75 for the drive to Salt Lake City). Specialty stores available on request.
How does payment work?
After we confirm your booking, we'll send a Square link to authorize your card for the estimated total. Your card is held but not charged. Once we complete the shop, we capture the actual amount — adjusted up or down based on the real receipt. If anything changes, we void the hold and nothing is charged.
What if an item is out of stock?
We'll do our best to find the item at another store or locate a comparable substitute. If we can't track it down, we'll reach out before making a swap. If we can't reach you in time, we'll use our best judgment and note any substitutions in the completion message.
What areas do you serve?
Park City, Deer Valley, and the surrounding Summit County area. If you're not sure whether your property is in our range, reach out and we'll confirm.
Do you put the groceries away?
Yes — everything is delivered and put away before you arrive. We'll need access to the property (a code or key arrangement). You'll receive a completion photo when we're done.
